1. REFUND POLICY

1.1 General Rule

All fees paid for participation in the Funded Trading Program (“Program”) are non-refundable once the account is activated, credentials are issued, or trading access is granted.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for:

  • Access to evaluation systems
  • Trading rules infrastructure
  • Performance tracking systems

1.2 Before Account Activation

Refund eligibility may apply only if all conditions below are met:

  • No login to trading platform has occurred.
  • No trading activity has been executed.
  • Request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

Approved refunds may be subject to:

  • Processing fees.
  • Payment gateway charges (non-recoverable).

1.3 After Activation

Once an account is:

  • Logged into, OR,
  • Trades are placed, OR,
  • Evaluation begins.

1.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Verified technical billing error caused by the Company.

All decisions are final and made at the Company’s discretion.

2. PAYOUT POLICY

2.1 Eligibility for Payouts

Payouts are only available if the trader:

  • Successfully passes evaluation requirements.
  • Complies with all trading rules (drawdown, risk, consistency).
  • Maintains an active funded account in good standing.

Violation of rules may result in:

  • Payout delay.
  • Payout denial.
  • Account termination.

2.2 Profit Calculation

Profit is calculated based on:

  • Closed trades only
  • Verified platform data
  • Adjustments for errors, abuse, or rule violations (if any)

Unrealized profits are not eligible for withdrawal.

2.3 Profit Split Structure

Profit splits are applied as follows (unless otherwise stated per program tier):

  • Starter Tier: 70% Trader / 30% Company.
  • Verified Tier: 80 - 90% Trader / 20% Company.
  • Elite Tier: 80 -90% / 10% Company.

The Company reserves the right to adjust tiers based on trader performance history.

2.4 Payout Schedule

  • First payout: 25–30 days after funded account activation.
  • Subsequent payouts: Bi-Weekly cycles.

Payout requests must be submitted within the designated payout window.

Late requests may roll into the next cycle.

2.5 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

  • Minimum payout: $100 – $250 (depending on account tier).

Requests below threshold will not be processed.

2.6 Processing Time

Approved payouts are processed within:

  • 1–7 Business Days.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Verification checks.
  • High request volume.
  • Banking or payment provider delays.

2.7 Violations & Payout Withholding

The Company reserves the right to withhold or adjust payouts if:

  • Trading rules are violated.
  • Suspicious trading patterns are detected.
  • Abuse or exploitation is suspected.
  • System manipulation is identified.

Final decision authority rests solely with the Company.

2.8 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Results in immediate account termination.
  • Forfeiture of all funded access and pending payouts.
  • May result in permanent ban from all future programs.

3. DISPUTE HANDLING

All disputes regarding refunds or payouts must be submitted in writing to:

The Company will review disputes in good faith, but final decisions are binding.

4. FINAL STATEMENT

You are paying for participation in a structured trading evaluation environment.

You are not purchasing guaranteed income, investment returns, or financial security.

If you are looking for certainty in trading, you are in the wrong industry.
