1. Introduction

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Funded Trading Program (“Program”) operated by [SGFXTRADE]. By registering, purchasing, or participating in any evaluation or funded account, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Program Overview

The Program provides traders with access to simulated or evaluation trading accounts of various sizes, including but not limited to $5,000, $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 accounts.

Participation does not constitute employment, investment advisory services, or guaranteed funding.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
  • Not attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the system.

4. Evaluation Rules

All accounts are subject to trading rules, including but not limited to:

  • Maximum daily drawdown limits
  • Maximum total drawdown limits
  • Minimum trading days (if applicable)
  • Profit targets (if applicable)
  • Risk per trade restrictions

Violation of any rule may result in account termination, reset, or disqualification.

5. Prohibited Trading Practices

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Account manipulation or arbitrage exploits.
  • Copy trading across multiple funded accounts (unless explicitly allowed).
  • High-frequency latency exploitation.
  • Gambling-style all-in trades.
  • Use of external manipulation tools or bots (unless approved).
  • Any form of fraud or system abuse.

6. Account Access & Simulation Disclaimer

Accounts may be simulated or mirror real-market conditions depending on program structure.

All trading results are evaluated based on platform data and internal risk systems.

We reserve the right to determine performance validity at our sole discretion.

7. Funding & Profit Split

Traders who successfully pass evaluation may be eligible for a funded account and profit-sharing arrangement.

Profit splits, payout conditions, and scaling terms will be defined separately per program tier.

No guarantees of payouts exist unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

8. Fees

Program fees (evaluation or access fees) are non-refundable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at any time for rule violations
  • Deny funding or payout requests if rules are breached
  • Modify or discontinue the Program without prior notice

10. Limitation of Liability

[SGFXTRADE] is not liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Emotional damage from drawdowns
  • Misinterpretation of rules
  • Market volatility (the market does not care about your feelings either)

11. No Financial Advice

Nothing in this Program constitutes financial advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the participant.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction of Singapore].
